Colorlume Coated Gutters
Colorlume is a pre-painted Aluminium-zinc coated steel with a distinctive smooth, flat fine spangle. The coating composition by weight is 55% aluminium and the balance zinc alloys applied by the continuous hot-dip coating process, similar to that of continuous galvanizing. It has both aluminium-unique corrosion resistance, heat resistance and zinc-unique "galvanic behaviour". Worldwide, Colorlume is used in white goods industry, automotive parts, roofing products, rainwater goods etc. and can be produced in a variety of specs from soft drawing quality to high tensile roof sheeting.

- Reference: Elskasec T/A Sandton Gutters These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted on payment of deposit. In the case of repairs, these terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted on commencement of works.
Quotation on the goods and services
1. Upon receipt of first invoice a50% deposit is required before any orders will be made.
2. Sandton Gutters reserves the right to request progress-draw payments in-line with its on-site progress.
3. 100% of the quoted cost is due on practical completion.
4. In the event of bona fide defects in the work, the client is to notify Sandton Gutters in writing within 7 days of receipt of the final invoice. Subject to Sandton Gutters discretion the client is to pay 95% of the value of the invoice for the works. The remaining 5% is to be paid immediately on completion of remedial works.
5. If payment is delayed in excess of 30 days Sandton is entitled to charge interest at a rate of 2.5% per month.

6. Whilst every care will be taken whilst carrying out works Sandton Gutters will not be held liable for any damage or consequential damage to the property or the contents thereof where Sandown Gutters recommendations have not been followed or as a result of unforeseen weather conditions or any anything outside the reasonable control of Sandton Gutters.
7. All materials supplied by Sandton Gutters will remain the property of Sandton Gutters until the works have been paid for in full.
8. The client shall provide adequate and safe storage for materials delivered to site.
9. If this quotation was based on drawings supplied by the client, we reserve the right to modify our proposal should the ‘as built” dwelling differ substantially from the drawings supplied.
10. This quotation shall remain valid for 30 days.
